John Kenneth “Robbie” Robinson passed away on February 6th, 2023. Better known by his nickname, Robbie, he will be greatly missed by family and friends for his big personality, love of casual conversation, and the twinkle in his eyes.
Professionally, Robbie was the CEO of the industrial fabrics company, ETP, Inc. which he started in 1980 and is continued on by his son, Ken Robinson.
Robbie served on the IFAI board of directors from 1983 to 1997 and most notably as chairman of the association from 1993 to 1995. He was also named an Honored Life Member of IFAI in 2004.
Robbie will be missed by all of us and especially by Lynn, his beloved wife of 59 years, his children, Jennifer and Ken and his extended family.
